Dear Brooklyn College Community,
Due to a hardware failure, Brooklyn College Network Operations will be performing emergency maintenance work on campus storage servers beginning on Friday, June 6th at 5pm.
What to expect during the outage:
- All locally-hosted Brooklyn College restricted administrative applications and BC Navigator will be offline.
- Academic applications such as Titanium, ProcessMaker, and Papercut will be offline.
- CUNY cloud-hosted applications—including Microsoft 365 email, CUNYfirst, Brightspace/Blackboard, DegreeWorks, Dropbox, and Zoom will be available.
We apologize for the disruption. Your patience is greatly appreciated as we work to resolve critical infrastructure issues and restore full service as quickly as possible.
